Over 70% Of Americans are open to or already using AI for therapist recommendations.
Is your work visible inside that system?
Findable™ is a one-day, AI Visibility Bootcamp
where we build the page your therapy website is missing — the page that helps AI systems accurately understand, evaluate, and recommend you to the right clients.
The old referral systems are quietly breaking.
Social media never really worked for therapy — and now people don’t trust it for high-stakes care anyway.
SEO used to be a reliable path…but it’s becoming an arms race dominated by big platforms, corporate clinics, and marketing budgets you shouldn’t have to compete with.
Even traditional referral sources are changing.
Doctors, psychiatrists, and even clients themselves are now asking AI to help them find providers — the same way they used to ask colleagues or Google.
This isn’t me hyping you up about some future outcome.
It’s literally already happening.
There’s a new layer of the referral economy forming — one that rewards clarity, legitimacy, and real expertise — not influencers, not volume, not who posts the most on social media. Yuck.
The good news?
You don’t have to chase it — you just have to know what AI weighs most heavily, and make those things easy to recognize.
That’s exactly what we will do together, in Findable™.
Grab Your Seat and Let’s Get Found!
Most therapist websites speak beautifully to humans — but not clearly to AI.

A small number of people are already teaching “AI visibility.”
And shocker — in ways that are totally not appropriate for therapists.
Sales funnels. Testimonial farming. Chatbots handling sensitive conversations.
We are trying to get private pay clients, not lose our licenses!
You work in a regulated, high-trust, deeply human field.
And honestly?
That’s an advantage.
AI is extremely conservative when recommending healthcare, mental health, and licensed professionals.
Now we know exactly the “green flags” it’s looking for.
Ready for some relief?
In Findable™ I'll show you how to leverage those signals on purpose.
I'll show you how to identify what AI actually weighs most heavily, then structure it so it’s easy to recognize.
Why this matters now!
For a long time, getting found as a therapist followed a familiar pattern:
Google searches
Word-of-mouth referrals
Directory sites (which, let’s be honest, rarely filled private-pay practices)
That system wasn’t perfect — but we understood it.
What’s changing now is where people are starting the search before they ever land on a directory or provider list.
More and more people are asking AI questions like:
“Who should I see for this?”
Recent research shows that AI recommendations are already influencing healthcare decisions at rates comparable to direct physician referrals.
Crazy, right???!
Here’s what is happening…

Findable™ is how we get you on that “referral list”, your ideal clients are leaning on.
What we build together in ONE focused day
Findable™ is not a course you watch and hope you come back to later.
It’s a bootcamp to get this AI-Optimized Web Page whipped into shape. So that it does your marketing heavy lifting.
Over one focused day (11am–5pm), we reorganize your existing expertise into the specific structure AI systems use to recognize, understand, and recommend clinicians.
You already have the expertise.
You already know who you help.
What’s usually missing isn’t knowledge — it’s knowing what AI prioritizes and how to write it in a language AI loves.
We’re not optimizing for algorithms.
We're installing a referral system.
The Day Flow (F-I-N-D)

It's so much easier than you think.
It's like hiring a no-cost efficient referral coordinator of your dreams.
No coding required.
No endless revisions.
No guessing what matters.
What you leave with and
why it compounds
You won’t leave with notes to revisit later.
You’ll leave with:
Your AI-ready professional identity page — the page that tells modern referral systems exactly who you are and who you serve
A Flow Client–aligned positioning statement that works for both humans and machines
A complete AI Answer Pack — the questions people (and AI) ask when deciding who to trust
A clean, publishable asset you can add to your site or hand off confidently
And here’s why it compounds:
This page doesn’t require ongoing posting, ads, or upkeep.
It works quietly in the background — supporting:
Multi-state or cross-region visibility
Stronger fit
Longer-term client relationships
Less pressure to keep “doing marketing”
And more space to actually do your work
Install it once.
Benefit for years.
This bootcamp is not about coding, bots, or becoming your own web developer.
By the end of the day, your Findable™ page is fully built and finalized.
What matters is not who uploads it —
it’s that the system exists and is working on your behalf.
From there, you have two simple options.
Option 1: Add it yourself
If you’re comfortable making basic updates to your website, you’ll have clear guidance on where this page goes and how it connects to the rest of your site.
Option 2: Hand it off (recommended)
Many therapists choose to delegate this step — and that’s often the best use of your time and energy.
You’ll leave with a clean asset and clear instructions you can hand directly to:
A Web Designer
A Virtual Assistant
A Squarespace or WordPress Helper

Findable™ is for Therapists who...
You DON'T need to be techy.
You DO need to be willing to implement.
Before we talk about price, let’s ground this in real-world math.
Imagine that after our day together, ONE new private-pay client finds you because your work is clearly represented and accurately matched through AI.
Just ONE.
If that client works with you for:
At:
That’s ONE client — finding you through a page that didn’t exist before.
Now Imagine It’s Not Just ONE
Let’s say this page helps FIVE right-fit clients find you over time.
Totally reasonable, right?
At $150 per session:
At $200 per session:
And because this page doesn’t require ongoing posting, ads, or upkeep, it keeps working after those first clients.
Now Zoom Out to the Caseload You Actually Want
Most therapists I work with are currently trying to make this sustainable:
25+ clients per week
at $60-$120 per session
with long hours and very little margin
What they actually want is closer to:
15–18 clients
at $150–$200 per session
with time, energy, and a life outside of work
Findable™ is designed to support that model — by helping you be found by people who are actively searching for fit, not just availability.
Even a small shift in who finds you compounds over years:
Better fit
Longer-term clients
Stronger word-of-mouth
Less pressure to keep "doing marketing"
The Investment
Findable™ is $500.
If Findable™ helps even ONE right-fit private-pay client find you, it pays for itself.
We'll wrap up the day with a finished marketing asset — a completed Findable™ Page that makes it easy for your perfect-fit clients find and choose you, with less effort over more years.
The one-day format simply ensures it actually gets done.
This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about being Findable™ by the right people.
Why learn this from me
I didn’t set out to build an “AI offer.”
I started noticing a structural shift - and I paid attention.
Clients were finding therapists through AI tools — without intentional optimization. And I noticed my own behavior changing, too.
I’m not a marketing bro.
I’m a licensed psychologist who understands:
Ethics
Scope
Risk
Boundaries
And, what it means to hold other people’s lives
I’m also one of the few people teaching therapists how to build practices that are visible beyond local search — without selling themselves to Big Tech.
I created this bootcamp because:
Your work deserves to be findable,
and your clients need you.

If you can feel the ground shifting —
and you want to move with it instead of being unbalanced by it...
Let's Go!
Install the system. ✓
Protect your license. ✓
Protect your nervous system. ✓
And secure your place in the next referral economy. ✓

Have you noticed, similar comments popping up in therapist communities:
“A client said AI recommended me.”
No strategy. No funnel. Just…happening.
Then I noticed my own behavior changing.
Without much thought, I found myself going to AI before Google, before my insurance card, before asking a friend — to look for healthcare providers, repair services, and local recommendations I didn’t want to crowdsource.
What stood out wasn’t just speed.
The recommendations were better.
More contextual. More nuanced. Easier to act on.
AI wasn’t just listing options — it was sorting them in a way that felt closer to how a thoughtful referral actually works.
That’s when I started asking a different question:
What is AI actually using to decide who to recommend — and why?

I’ve spent years teaching therapists how clients actually choose — not how we wish they chose.
AI didn’t change that.
What it changed is WHERE the sorting happens.
Instead of:
Clients are increasingly turning to systems that can weigh:
…all at once.
And from a client perspective, this is a gain.
AI has access to far more potential referral sources than any single provider ever could — and it can sort them more intelligently than a search engine. In many ways, it’s closer to giving your practice brochure to thousands of thoughtful referral partners who actually hand it out.
At a business retreat focused entirely on AI visibility and recommendations, the picture became very clear.
AI is not looking for more content.
It’s looking for organized, weighted signals.
Once you know:
…it becomes surprisingly straightforward to structure your existing expertise so it can be evaluated accurately.
This is early — not because it’s fragile or speculative, but because most professionals haven’t realized yet that they’re invisible by default inside this system.
The advantage here doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from:
Why I Felt a Responsibility to Teach This Now
One of the most consistent complaints therapy clients have is that they can’t find the right therapist — not a therapist, their therapist.
And there is nothing more fundamental to ACCESSIBILITY than being findable by the people you’re best suited to help.
Findable™ exists because I don’t believe therapists should have to:
This isn’t about predicting the future or claiming permanence.
AI systems will change — just like every referral system always has.
But helping your work be clearly represented, accurately evaluated, and appropriately recommended
is a structural shift, not a trend.
Findable™ is different because it doesn’t ask you to become someone else or do more marketing.
It helps you translate what you already do — using the signals AI actually weighs — into a form that can be surfaced at scale, ethically and accurately.
Findable™ Is for You If…
1️⃣ You can clearly identify at least one Flow Client.
You don’t need a perfect niche.
You don’t need everything figured out.
But you do need clarity on at least one type of client you genuinely want more of — someone you do your best work with, enjoy working with, and want AI to be able to match you with accurately.
This isn’t about branding.
It’s about giving AI a clear reference point so it can weigh fit appropriately.
If you’re wondering what “Flow Client” means in this context:
You don’t need a formal niche or a polished brand statement.
If you can answer this sentence clearly, you’re ready:
“I help [this type of person] who is dealing with [this situation or challenge] so they can [move toward this outcome or relief].”
That’s enough.
AI doesn’t need your entire philosophy. It needs a clear reference point to sort and recommend accurately.
If you’re still in the “who do I even like working with?” phase, this isn’t the right container yet.
2️⃣ You’re willing to publish a page that’s structured — not perfect.
Findable™ works because the information is organized around the signals AI weighs most heavily, not because the copy is flawless.
Signal clarity matters more than polish here.
If you tend toward overthinking but can still move forward with something that’s clear and live, you’ll do well.
If you need everything to feel finished before you share it, this may feel uncomfortable.
3️⃣ You want this done — not added to your mental load.
This is for therapists who want:
🚫 Not another long course.
🚫 Not a multi-month implementation plan.
🚫 Not a strategy that lives on a to-do list.
You don’t need to code.
You don’t need to understand how AI works under the hood.
You do need to be willing to:
The system is explicit and step-by-step by design — including for neurodiverse thinkers — but it does require basic comfort engaging with a guided workflow.
Findable™ Is Not for You If…
You don’t yet know who you
want to be found by.
AI can amplify clarity.
It cannot create it.
If you’re still figuring out which clients you want to work with, this will feel frustrating instead of helpful. That work needs to come first.
You need high-touch,
1:1 reassuranceat every step.
You’ll get guidance, structure, and support — but you’ll also be expected to make decisions, move forward, and tolerate some uncertainty.
If that feels overwhelming rather than doable, this may not be the right fit right now.
You’re hoping this will
“figure it out for you.”
Findable™ doesn’t define your practice.
It translates what’s already there.
If you’re looking for something that magically decides your niche, messaging, or scope, this isn’t it.
You’re a group practice owner trying
to solve everything at once.
This round is not designed for:
If you want to experiment by building one page for one clinician and one Flow Client, we can talk — but this isn’t optimized for full group practice systems yet.
The Bottom Line
If Findable™ helps ONE right-fit private-pay client find you, it pays for itself.
If it helps you move toward:
…it keeps paying dividends quietly, over time.

When you join Findable™, you’re not signing up
for ideas or theory.
You’re signing up to leave with a finished visibility asset.
What’s Included
(So You Know Exactly What You’re Getting)

One Full Day of Live Teaching + Guided Implementation
This is a working session, not a webinar.
You’ll be guided step by step through the process of building your Findable™ Page — with live teaching where it matters and hands-on implementation throughout the day.
The goal is not to learn about AI visibility.
The goal is to finish the page.

You’ll work with the Findable™ bot, built specifically for this process.
The bot:
You are not writing from scratch.
You are responding to a system that already knows what AI needs to see.
This is what makes the process fast, focused, and doable in one day.

Your Findable™ Page — Drafted, Refined,
and Ready to Publish
By the end of the day, your Findable™ Page will be:
You won’t leave wondering what’s missing or whether it’s “good enough.”
You’ll know what you built — and why it works.

Throughout the day, you’ll get live guidance on:
This ensures your page doesn’t just exist — it does its job.

A Clear, Step-by-Step Implementation Walkthrough
You’ll also receive a walkthrough PDF that shows you:
No guessing.
No tech overwhelm.
No unnecessary upsells.
What You’ll Leave With
You won’t leave with notes to revisit later.
You’ll leave with:
Not guesswork.
Not vibes.
A concrete way to look at what you’ve built and say:
“Yes — this is legible to AI.”
Ready to Build it?

If you’ve been noticing the shift —
if you’ve watched referrals change and thought, “I don’t want to be guessing about this” —
this is a grounded way to move forward.
🚫 Not by adding another weekly marketing task.
🚫 Not by paying for more directory listings that don’t reliably bring private-pay clients.
🚫 Not by chasing platforms or tactics that keep changing.
But by building one clear page that helps your work be understood and recommended inside a system clients are already using.
Findable™ is for therapists who are ready to:
You don’t need to overhaul your website.
You don’t need to become an AI expert.
You just need one focused day — and the willingness to publish something that can work quietly in the background for years.
Live. One day. Built with you.
P.S.
This is the first public round of Findable™. It’s priced accessibly while I run it live for the first time.
If you’re ready to get this done — instead of revisiting the same marketing questions year after year — I’d love to have you in the room.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will this replace SEO or referrals?
No — and it’s not meant to. Word of mouth will always matter in high-trust care like therapy.
What is changing is how people start the search before they ever ask a friend, doctor, or colleague.
Research and industry data consistently show that people are increasingly using AI assistants and AI-enhanced search experiences to ask “who should I see?” questions. When AI summaries or conversational answers appear, people click through to traditional search results less often — and rely more on the recommendations surfaced for them.
This doesn’t replace your existing marketing.
It gives you a way to be legible and recommendable inside the systems people are already using, while referrals and relationships continue doing what they’ve always done.
Think of this as a new Get Found channel — your existing site still does the Get Picked work.
Do I need to have already done some SEO work?
Nope! We are using a totally different search engine. It might even HELP you go build some traditional SEO, though that is not the primary goal.
Do I need to be techy to do this?
No.
You don’t need to code, install software, or understand how AI works under the hood.
You do need to be willing to:
If you can do that, you’ll be fine.
What if I’m licensed in multiple states?
That’s very common — and absolutely workable.
We’ll build this in a way that:
You do not need a separate page for every city or state.
Will this box me into one specialty or turn clients away?
No — as long as you’re clear about at least one Flow Client.
This isn’t about shrinking your practice.
It’s about making your work legible to AI.
We’ll structure the page so you can be specific without being pigeonholed — and so aligned clients can still find you even if they don’t use the “perfect” language.
Is this ethical?
Yes — and that’s non-negotiable.
Findable™:
This is about visibility and referrals — not intervention.
Do I need to pay for AI?
You don’t have to — but I strongly recommend one month of ChatGPT Plus ($20).
The free version has usage limits, and I don’t want you stuck mid-build on a live day.
What if AI changes again?
It will.
That’s why this isn’t built on hacks or tricks.
Findable™ focuses on:
Those principles don’t disappear when tools evolve.
You’re learning how to make your work understandable to systems — not chasing a feature that could vanish.
Is this using AI for therapy or client care?
No. We’re not using AI in therapy.
We’re simply making your work visible to a system clients are already using to find therapists.
What about environmental impact?
We’re not doing ongoing content generation.
This is a one-time build that replaces months of constant posting, blogging, and SEO churn.
What if I miss the live day?
A replay will be available, but this is designed to be done live.
The real value is:
If you already know you won’t be able to attend live, this may not be the right round.
Will this need constant updates?
No. This isn’t a weekly or monthly update situation.
Think of this as structural, not trend-chasing.
You build it once, then revisit it only if something meaningful changes — like your scope, training, or adjustments in that particular ideal client.
Do I need a website already?
You need a website or to be actively building one so you can add the page soon.
Basic is totally fine.
When will I see results?
AI visibility isn’t instant like ads (which, p.s. - aren’t working for therapists unless you have lots of cash to spend and are only wanting local clients) — but it also doesn’t require months (or years) of compounding like SEO.
Some therapists notice shifts very quickly. Others see changes more gradually as AI systems re-evaluate and refine recommendations.
This work is about correct positioning — making sure the right signals are in place so that you can get found when clients are looking for therapists like you.
Is this only for private-pay therapists?
No — but it’s especially helpful if you want more private-pay or higher-fee clients, because directories and traditional tactics rarely fill those spots consistently.
Is there a refund policy?
Because you receive the full replay and assets even if you can’t attend live, refunds aren’t offered.
