Zoom Meeting

We'll meet up together in Zoom with our cardigans and tea (read: pajama pants and maybe a mimosa).

Brief Orientation

I'll give you a brief orientation of what we'll be doing and how. The tentative plan!

Get to Know Others

I'm going to help you get to know each other. We'll do some fun, easy, non-embarrassing exercises while we are in our big group together.

Small Groups

I'm going to create "groupings" of therapists to send into Zoom break out rooms for smaller group connections.

For example, we might want pods of therapists to meet up who...

Do complimentary types of work

e.g. one does marriage counseling, one does individual post-infidelity work

e.g. one does work with new moms, one does work with moms returning to work outside the home

Do the same type of work and need referrals for the folks that don't fit their practice (overflow, wrong insurance, personality mismatch, etc.)

e.g. IFS therapist who is overfull but doesn't know anyone well enough to trust with her referrals

e.g. specialty in eating disorder work and no one to refer cases to that they know and trust

You get the idea! I'll send out a survey beforehand to get clear on who you are looking to meet and why to help shape the pairings we do! And, we'll do some polls in the beginning to get even more data points!

AND...you won't be left alone awkwardly navigating a Zoom room. I'll give you plenty of prompts to build meaningful conversations with each group you spend time with!
